Rigorous business case planning ensures that investment across the enterprise is well planned and managed. Robust business cases reduce  the risk of time and cost overruns and of projects not achieving anticipated benefits. Better business cases strengthen the quality of  strategic alignment, project planning, financial estimates, and cost benefit and options analysis. Prerequisites
  
There is no formal prerequisite to this course although most benefit will be gathered by individuals that have worked in a project  environment before.
